Allen holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering Technology from UNCC and a Master of Business Administration from UNCW. As a partner, he shares business management responsibilities, manages projects, and focuses on electrical engineering and design. Outside of work, Allen enjoys spending time with his family—wife Brenda and children Alyssa, Wes, and Hunter. He is passionate about playing golf, traveling to national parks, boating at the beach, and visiting theme parks for rollercoaster rides.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

David earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. As a partner, he shares management responsibilities, oversees projects, assists with business operations, and specializes in mechanical engineering and design. Outside of work, David enjoys walking, hiking, disc golf, golf, traveling, and smoking BBQ. Born in Wilmington, NC, he is married with three children and two dogs and is a devoted Carolina Hurricanes fan.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Jason holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering Technology from SUNY Buffalo State University and an Associate of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Niagara County Community College. He manages projects, designs electrical systems, and supports business operations with his partners. A former soccer coach and sports enthusiast, Jason stays active with soccer, golf, hiking, and fitness. He also enjoys the beach, sporting events, and live music with family and friends. Originally from Niagara Falls, NY, Jason supports the Steelers, Buffalo Sabres, Penn State, and his daughters' college teams.

Troy holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from NC State. He enjoys sailing, exploring the mountains, and has a talent for fixing things. As a partner, he shares management responsibilities, oversees projects, assists with business operations, and specializes in mechanical engineering and design. A dedicated NC State fan, he lives on his family’s property, which has been in the family for five generations. The property still hosts chickens, peacocks, and guineas. He has three children and values time with family.​​​​​

Tobias holds an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Technologies from UNCW and CFCC and specializes in mechanical design. Outside of work, he enjoys wildlife and landscape photography, playing music, attending concerts, and exploring historical sites. Growing up in southeastern North Carolina, Tobias brings a local perspective to his work and enjoys connecting with his roots through his interests and experiences.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from NC State (1978) and became a Professional Engineer in 1982. As a former company Principal, his tasks include senior project manager as well as Engineer of Record. Outside of work, he enjoys riding motorcycle's and choral singing, participating in both a barbershop quartet and his church choir. A Wilmington native, he is married and has two sons.​​​​​

John attended high school and college in Maryland, and brings 25 years of experience from his previous role as a project manager. John oversees construction administration, including site visits, pay applications, and compliance with plans. He also participates in meetings and final inspections. Originally from South Carolina and a Baltimore Orioles fan from his time in Maryland, John moved back to Wilmington for a career opportunity and to be close to his parents. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his wife and spending time with his four children and ten grandchildren.​​​​

Austin holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Virginia. At CBHF Engineers, he focuses on electrical design, including power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems. Outside of work, Austin enjoys playing soccer and spending time outdoors.

Ron holds an Associate’s Degree in Applied Sciences with a focus on Drafting and Design Technologies from Cape Fear Technical Institute (now CFCC). In his role, he specializes in hydronic piping, HVAC, and plumbing design. He also handles IT and software support, ensuring efficient technical operations.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from Western Carolina University. He specializes in designing power distribution, lighting systems, controls, photometric calculations, and fire alarm systems. Outside of work, Rich enjoys spending time with family, exploring new places, and fishing. Originally from New Jersey, he moved to North Carolina to be closer to family and continue his career in the MEP engineering industry.​​​​​​​​​​​

Mary holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas. As a Staff Engineer at CBHF Engineers, she focuses on HVAC design, including load calculations, equipment selection, duct layouts, and site verification. Originally from Northern New Jersey, she has also lived in Kansas, Dallas, Italy, and Washington, DC before settling in Wilmington, NC. Outside of work, Mary enjoys running, weightlifting, spending time outdoors, reading, and exploring new places with family and friends. A lifelong Patriots fan, she also follows Texas A&M football.

Jeff has over 30 years of experience in the Electrical Construction industry and holds an Unlimited Electrical License. At CBHF Engineers, he specializes in electrical design and manages Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Construction administration. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys surfing, relaxing on the beach, and listening to music.​​​​​​​​​​​

Adam earned an Associate's degree in Engineering and a Mechanical Engineering Technology Drafting Certificate from Wayne Community College. As a MEP Designer, he focuses primarily on plumbing but has experience in various aspects of design. Outside of work, Adam enjoys sailing, playing video games, golf, and spending time with family at home. A lifelong resident of Mt. Olive, NC, he is a passionate NC State Wolfpack fan, especially when it comes to football and men's basketball.​​​​​​

Connor earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UNCC and is a licensed Mechanical Engineer specializing in HVAC and plumbing systems. He designs and optimizes these systems for various building types, manages projects from start to finish, and improves internal processes. Outside of work, Connor enjoys playing basketball, spending time with his family, and supporting his oldest daughter’s competitive dance pursuits. Originally from Wilmington, NC, he and his family are enthusiastic Baltimore Ravens fans.​​​​​​​​

Greg earned a degree in Drafting and Design from CFCC and specializes in power systems design, data and security systems, and site and interior lighting. He manages detailed design tasks and ensures efficient layouts for commercial, government, and industrial projects. Outside of work, Greg enjoys hunting, gardening, and traveling across the United States. He also loves biking and hiking with his wife, and has a passion for cooking. ​​​​​

Duncan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from NC State. In his role, he handles project management, design, specifications, special projects, and quality control. Outside of work, Duncan is passionate about amateur radio, general aviation, outdoor activities, and he loves to travel. A native of Wilmington, he has traveled extensively and enjoys both college and professional sports, particularly NC State and Duke football, and basketball.​​​​​​​

Marci attended Kennesaw State University in Georgia. She maintains all accounting records, including financial statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Her responsibilities also cover payroll duties, tax reporting, and managing compensation, benefits, and the onboarding of new employees. Originally from Atlanta and a Wilmington resident since 2006, Marci is a proud “boy mom” to her two grown sons. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, especially on their boat at the beach. She loves reading, football, and crafting in her dedicated craft room.

Brent earned an Associate of Applied Science degree from Cape Fear Technical Institute (now CFCC). He oversees plumbing design, construction drawings, and submittal reviews for projects. Outside of work, Brent enjoys family time, hunting, and fishing year-round. A Wilmington native living in Burgaw with his wife and twin boys, he also holds a ham radio license, a private pilot certificate, and a USCG captain’s license.​​​​​​​​​​

Nathan earned a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Information Technology from the University of South Carolina. As a mechanical designer, he is responsible for load calculations and HVAC design. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through CrossFit and running, as well as spending time with friends. Originally from Charleston, SC, he moved to Wilmington to be part of a church plant.

Robert has an Associate of Applied Science in Mechanical Drafting & Design from Cape Fear Technical Institute (now CFCC) and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from UNCC. With over 35 years in design engineering, he manages project documents, construction administration, and marketing. Outside of work, Robert enjoys cycling and supports teams like the Tar Heels, Hoffenheim, and the Packers. He served three years in the U.S. Army and has a history of contributing to both his profession and his country.​​​​​
