CBHF Engineers, PLLC was pleased to attend the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Coastal Horizons Administrative Office on November 21. This milestone marks the beginning of an important project that will support Coastal Horizons in expanding its administrative and community programs throughout the region.

CBHF is serving as the MEP engineering consultant under LS3P, the project’s architect, with McKinley Building Corporation leading construction. Our team is providing full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services to support a modern, efficient, and resilient facility tailored to Coastal Horizons’ operational needs.

The ceremony brought together project partners and community members to celebrate the start of construction. CBHF is proud to contribute to a facility that will enhance Coastal Horizons’ mission and long-standing service to the community. We look forward to supporting the team as the project progresses.
